Taylor explains the Peruvian version of “french fries.” These are local potatoes dipped in several types of sauces. Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise, Olive Sauce (pink), Parsley/Cilantro Type sauce (lighter green), and Tomatillo type (darker green). The same rules apply – no double dipping.

We went to the grocery store, which is always interesting to see the differences between parts of the U.S., but throw in another country and it’s just funny. So this is a take and bake pizza taped to a bottle of Peruvian soda called “Inca Cola” all for about $5 U.S. I especially thought the label of “Pizza Americana” to be a presumptuous but probably accurate statements about our eating habits.

It’s very expensive to use your United States cell phone in another country so we got the cheap one here in country. We just got the phone switched over to English and Shawn is excited.
